The Wineyard
Associated with the climate of the "hill", the land is particularly generous in Pasquet. The soil is composed of gravel at the surface and clay and limestone below, which maintains water for the growth of the vines.
The selection of noble grapes, their percentage, and their position in each plot, are carefully planned:
Red and rosé wines: Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot Noir (35%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) allow several blends that are particularly harmonious.
Petit Verdot (5%), Malbec (5%) and Carmenere (5%) provide some typical characteristics for special vintages, prized by connoisseurs.
White wines: Sauvignon Blanc (60%), Sauvignon Gris (10%), Muscadelle (10%) and Semillon (20%), the traditional grapes of the Entre Deux Mers, guarantee finesse and delicate aromas.
